FCCU Supporting Local Safe & Homeless Shelters
11/03/2022
For FCCU's fourth quarter charity, FCCU staff will be collecting donations for local safe and homeless shelters. Each quarter FCCU’s 260 employees choose an organization to support by raising money and awareness.
To support this organization, we will be holding a supply drive at all FCCU branches. Community members are encouraged to bring in personal care supplies like hand and body lotions, hair spray, face wash, etc; baby supplies such as diapers, wipes, bottles, cups etc; household supplies such as laundry or dish soap, disinfecting wipes, and paper products or other gently used luggage, gift cards, cell phone chargers or more. In addition to the supply drives, FCCU will also be hosting a variety of fundraisers at local branches to raise money for the local safe and homeless shelters, as well as volunteering at local shelters when possible.
Funds raised throughout the quarter will go to benefit the following shelters: CVIC in Grand Forks, ND; Churches United in Fargo, ND; Safe Shelter in Jamestown, ND; Someplace Safe in Breckenridge, MN; Abused Adult Resource Center in Bismarck, ND; Safe Alternatives for Abused Families in Devils Lake, ND. These shelters offer many services to victims and survivors, families and the community or communities.
Special thank you to all our staff, members and local communities for their support to these quarterly charities.
