Auto Rental Collision Damage Waiver
Auto Rental Collision Damage Waiver* gives cardholders insurance coverage for physical damage and theft, reasonable and customary towing and valid loss-of-use charges and administrative fees when you reserve and pay for a rental car with your Signature credit card.
How this benefit works:
- Cardholders must reserve and pay for the entire rental with the Signature credit card
- Cardholders must decline the collision damage waiver coverage offered by the rental agency and make sure the cardholders name is listed as the primary renter on the auto rental contract
- Any additional drivers must also be listed on the auto rental agreement
- In the event a cardholder needs to file a claim, the agents are committed to making sure you receive every dollar you are eligible for under the policy
- Cardholders have the option to file the claim at www.eclaimsline.com and upload the required documents, pictures, etc.

Cell Phone Protection
Cell Phone Protection* provides reimbursement for Signature credit cardholders stolen or damaged cell phones when the cardholder pays for their cellular wireless service providers monthly billing statement for the billing cycle prior to when the incident occurred. Receive up $250 per claim.
How the benefit works:
- Coverage begins the first day of the calendar month after the cardholder makes a payment
- Cardholders must pay their cell phone bill with their Signature credit card
- This protection provides coverage for covered cell phones that are stolen or damaged beyond use
- This benefit pays in excess of any payments the cardholder receives from any other source
- In the event a cardholder needs to file a claim, the agents are committed to making sure you receive every dollar that you are eligible for under the policy

Emergency Medical/Dental Benefit
Emergency Medical and Dental Coverage* provides reimbursement up to $2,500 for emergency treatment if the eligible Visa cardholder becomes sick or accidentally injured while on a covered trip. In order for coverage to apply, the cardholder must use the covered account and/or rewards program associated with the covered account to secure transactions.
How this benefit works:
- Cardholders must pay for their passenger fare with their Signature credit card
- For this coverage to be in place, the cardholder must arrive at their destination via common carrier and 100 miles or more from their home
- Trip duration must be between 5 and 60 consecutive days
- This benefit pays in excess of any payments the cardholder receives from any other source
- In the event a cardholder needs to file a claim, the agents are committed to making sure you receive every dollar that you are eligible for under the policy
- To file a claim: Within 90 days of receiving medical care while on a covered trip, notify the benefits administrator at 1-800-434-1280 or call collect outside the U.S. at 1-804-673-6499.

Trip Cancellation/Interruption Coverage
Trip Cancellation/Interruption* can reimburse cardholders for the cost of the non-refundable passenger fare in the event the cardholder must cancel or interrupt the trip due to a covered reason. (e.g., cardholder gets food poisoning and cannot continue travel or if one of the cardholder's immediate family members were to become ill or have a serious accident that prevented the cardholder from traveling). Coverage is good for up to $2,000.
How this benefit works:
- Cardholders must pay for their passenger fare with the Signature credit card
- Trip cancellation or interruption must be caused by death, default of the common carrier, accidental bodily injury, disease or physical illness
- Cardholders must provide physician's verification of illness or accident along with their other claims documents
- In the event a cardholder needs to file a claim, the agents are committed to making sure you receive every dollar that you are eligible for under the policy
- Cardholders have the option to file a claim at www.myclaimsagent.com/cbs

Travel Accident Insurance
Travel Accident Insurance* provides accidental death and dismemberment coverage when the Signature credit cardholder purchases the passenger fare. Coverage is in effect on the common carrier (e.g., flight, rail, bus, ferry, cruise ship), as well as while on courtesy ground transportation to and from the airport (or train depot, bus terminal, etc.), between terminals and when the cardholder is at the airport immediately before departure or immediately after arrival on any covered trip.
How this benefit works:
- Cardholders must pay for their passenger fare with their Signature credit card
- If a cardholder has an accidental bodily injury while on a covered trip that results in a death or dismemberment, the cardholder will be covered by a percentage of the principal sum for the loss of life or dismemberment
- In the event a cardholder needs to file a claim, the agents are committed to making sure you receive every dollar that you are eligible for under the policy

Extended Warranty Protection
Extended Warranty Protection* will extend the time period of the cardholders U.S. manufacturer's warranty of three years or less for eligible items purchased with the covered account. Eligible warranties of one to three years will be extended up to one additional year. Eligible warranties of less than one year will be doubled. There is a per claim maximum of $10,000 and a per cardholder maximum of $50,000.
How this benefit works:
- Cardholders must purchase an item with their Signature credit card
- Extended warranty protection increases by up to one additional year the coverage period of the original manufacturer's written U.S. repair warranty of three years or less, up to a maximum of $10,000 per claim
- In the event a cardholder needs to file a claim, the agents are committed to making sure you receive every dollar that you are eligible for under the policy
- Cardholders have the option to file the claim at www.cardbenefitservices.com and upload the required documents, pictures, etc.
