Born and raised in rural Minnesota, Matt began his career in the financial industry in 2015 working as an Ag Loan Officer in small town North Dakota. Matt holds an undergraduate degree from North Dakota State University in Ag Systems Management with minors in Agribusiness and Business Administration. He began with FCCU in 2022 and says the best part of his job is working with the ag members and helping them achieve their goals. He loves working for a company with a member focus mentatility and relationship lending beliefs, the same kind that agriulculture was born on. In his spare time, he enjoys being with his wife and their two daughters.
